A New Poem

I Am Different

I am different so you say
Let me phrase that another way
Perhaps being me is just right
And it is you missing the light

Is one truly superior
Leaving others inferior?
Discrimination I would say
Is not the appropriate way

Don’t we desire variety
Why must you be the same as me?
If all were the same we would tire
Doesn’t our uniqueness inspire?

Accepting the most importance
So why does it create distance?
Individuals celebrate
Interesting world we create

I am different so you say
Let me phrase that another way
Perhaps being me is just right
And it is you missing the light

Almost all of what you articulate is astonishingly precise and it makes me wonder the reason why I hadn't looked at this in this light before. Your article really did switch the light on for me as far as this subject goes. Nonetheless there is actually one particular point I am not really too comfy with so while I attempt to reconcile that with the core theme of the point, permit me see exactly what all the rest of the readers have to point out.Very well done.
